This 31 year old mother of 2 lost a significant amount of weight (127lb) thru diet and vigorous exercise. We planned a Mommy Makeover with staged breast lift followed by augmentation. The first surgery took 4:34 to complete - we removed 1.8kg of excess abdominal skin & fat, and tightened her abdominal wall 8 cm. The breast lift component was performed to both reduce her areola size and improve breast symmetry. We are now planning the breast augmentation to enhance her breast volume and make them more proportionate to her body frame.
