This 63 year old woman was concerned with signs of facial aging. She disliked the appearance of her eyes, with a notable double skin fold on the upper eyelid, and fine wrinkles on the lower eyelid. She had coarse lines around her mouth, and facial deflation with skin excess, as noted by jowls breaking her jawline contour. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty, resurfacing of the lower lids & mouth, and facelift procedure. Post-operative photos are shown at 5 weeks.
