This 56 year old woman was bothered by heavy upper eyelids, fine rhytids on her lower eyelids and the appearance of neck bands. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty, lower eyelid resurfacing and traditional facelift. Post-operative photos are shown at 3 weeks.
