Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This patient is a young woman from Southlake, Texas who presented to my Southlake plastic surgery practice with interest in Dallas breast enlargement surgery. This patient was overall happy with her appearance, but wished to have fuller breasts. She was also bothered by a mole under her left breast, and wanted to have it removed. Because of this, we decided to use the inframammary incision to perform the augmentation, as it would allow us to remove the mole and perform the augmentation with only one scar.

For her case, I recommended saline implants placed under the chest muscles to acheive the most natural result. In surgery, I found that Mentor moderate profile saline implants filled to 275 cc gave the patient the best overall appearance based on her preoperative wishes.

The patient recovered very well after surgery and is extremely happy with her new look.
