This is a 40 year old surgical nurse who worked worked closely with me, and had seen many of my facial rejuvenation operations. She wanted to refresh her upper eyelids, and had always been bothered by what she jokingly called her "dorsal fin" on the bridge of her nose. She wanted a refinement rhinoplasty to reduce the hump, but wanted to maintain a slight hint of it so she would not have too drastic of a change. We decided to proceed with a closed rhinoplasty and simultaneous upper blepharoplasty surgery. Her recovery was uneventful (other than my having to scold her not to over-exert herself in the early post operative period), and she is very happy with her results. Photos are taken 6 weeks after surgery.
