Breast Augmentation Revision Before & After Photos

This 46 year old woman had been quite happy with her breast augmentation results, but began noticing deflation of the left sided implant over a 2 week period. She wanted to exchange the implants, and wished to stay with saline breast implants, as she had been very satisfied up to this point. Because of breast asymmetry, she previously was augmented with a 390 cc implant on the right, and 430 cc implant on the left. She wanted to slightly increase her volume and desired more breast projection, hence I suggested high profile implants.
During surgery, I placed smooth round high profile saline implants, 440 cc on the right, and 480 cc on the left. I utilized the same inframammary scar for the procedure, and since only a minimal amount of capsular work was performed, her recovery was almost a non-existent. She was again very happy with her breasts, and appreciated the increased fullness and projection that we achieved. Her photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery.
