Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This very athletic 33 year old woman presented to my Southlake plastic surgery practice, desiring breast enlargement, Dallas style. Like many other women after child birth, she noted significant deflation of her breast, which did not fit with her active lifestyle. She had been a full C before breast feeding, but now was unhappy with her deflated B cup size. She also pointed out that her left breast was smaller that her right, and wished improvement in size match. I felt this patient would be a very good candidate for breast augmentation, using different sized implants to correct for her asymmetry.  I recommended silicone implants placed under the muscle, placing the incision in the fold under her breasts, to achieve the best result.

During surgery, I used multiple test sizers until I found the best combination to achieve her goals, with a natural result suiting her frame.  I used Mentor smooth, round, moderate plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants, placing 375cc on the right, and 325cc on the left.

The patient recovered quickly, and was very happy with her natural appearing, full breasts, that nicely complemented her body shape.
