Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This is a 23 year old woman from the Grapevine, Texas area who came to my Southlake plastic surgery practice, desiring Dallas breast enlargement. The patient is a young professional, who desired a natural, full appearance, but did not wish her breast enlargement to be overly noticeable. Her goal was to go from an A cup to a “natural” C cup.

Natural appearing breasts after breast augmentation is a priority with all my patients, and to achieve this goal, I recommended silicone breast augmentation with a moderate plus profile implant, placed under her chest muscles, using the inframammary incision. My goal was to give her a more full symmetric appearance, while maintaining a natural look.

This patient underwent breast enlargement with the inframammary approach, with submuscular placement of the implants. I used 325cc Mentor smooth, round, moderate plus profile cohesive gel breast implants. The patient recovered very quickly after surgery, and was very happy with her results.
