Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This is a 25 year old mother from Fort Worth, who presented to my Southlake cosmetic surgery practice, interested in Fort Worth breast augmentation surgery. She had been considering breast augmentation surgery since age 18, and noted marked deflation after breast feeding. During our consultation, she pointed out that the right breast was smaller than the left, and wished a more balanced appearance. She was a B cup, and desired approximately a C cup, staying in proportion to her athletic figure. I recommended breast enlargement surgery with cohesive silicone gel implants placed with an infra-mammary incision, under the chest muscle to achieve the best overall result.

During surgery, I tested multiple different sizes until I found the combination that achieved the best result possible. Mentor smooth round high profile cohesive silicone gel breast implants were utilized, with 350cc on the left, and 425cc on the right side.

The patient recovered very quickly after surgery and was extremely happy with the natural appearance of her breasts.
