Breast Reduction, Mommy Makeover, Tummy Tuck - Extended Before & After Photos

This 49 year old mother of two from Grapevine was referred to my office by her daughter. She was eager to proceed with a Mommy Makeover, as the timing was perfect. She had managed to loose 60 lbs through both diet and a stable exercise regime. Although she was happy with the weight loss she had achieved, she was not happy with how her body was reacting to the loss. Rather than being rewarded with a toned physique, she felt a bit cheated by the resulting deflated appearance. With this in mind, she was eager to proceed with a mommy makeover – a combined breast reduction (which would provide a breast lift and result in breasts more proportionate to her frame), and an extended tummy tuck to remove excess abdominal skin and the lower midline scar that was left from her c-sections.

Surgery took just over 5 hours and she went home the same day. Her post-operative recovery was smooth, and she stopped narcotic pain medications 4 days after surgery. She is now two months after the procedure and back to working full swing and walking 20 miles per week. She is very happy with the results! In addition to rejuvenated breasts and torso that is more in line with her exercise and diet efforts, she received a nice contour change to her anterior and lateral legs due to the thigh-lift component of the extended abdominoplasty.
