Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This 24 year old woman from the Wichita Falls region came to my Southlake office interested in breast augmentation. She is very athletic and always had a 32A cup size. During pregnancy, she had achieved a full C, and was very happy with her appearance. After completing breast feeding, her breasts returned to "A" volume, but also had a deflated appearance. She really wanted to return to the natural, full look that she had while breast feeding.

After meeting and discussing all available options, we decided that silicone implants would give her the most natural results, especially with her athletic physique. The surgery was uneventful, and I utilized Mentor 325 cc smooth, round high profile cohesive gel implants to achieve our desired result. Her recovery was very smooth (she had very little discomfort - I had to scold her for recovering at Gaylord Texan’s pool right after surgery!) Our post operative photos are 8 weeks after surgery. She is now back to all activities including upper body weights, and loves her natural full look.
