Liposuction, Liposuction - Flank, Tummy Tuck - Standard Before & After Photos

This 39 year old mother of two from the Sulphur Springs region of Texas came to my Southlake office interested in improving her abdominal contour. She was very physically active, performing boxing for exercise 3 times per week, but was unable to improve her abdominal contour to her satisfaction. After our office examination and discussing the results she hoped to obtain, we decided to proceed with an abdominoplasty operation to address skin excess and muscle weakness combined with flank liposuction to address some localized adiposity.

During surgery, I used her old hysterectomy scar to define the lowest aspect of the tummy tuck scar, and then chose the lateral extent to be hidden within swimwear. The surgery was uneventful, and she had a nice recovery. She is very happy with the results. The post operative photos were taken 5 months after surgery, just before heading out of town for vacation at the beach. (Have fun!)
