Blepharoplasty (upper) Before & After Photos

This very active 55 year old woman from Colleyville came to my Southlake office interested in upper eyelid rejuvenation. She did have a significant amount of upper eyelid skin excess, with a notable double lid crease and slight hooding. She also had a relatively flat eyebrow arch. Because of this, I suggested she consider both an upper blepharoplasty and an endoscopic brow lift. After much deliberation, she decided to proceed with only the eyelid portion of the surgery, and will consider the brow component in the future.

The surgery was very straightforward and she had a smooth recovery. Post operative photos are shown 4 weeks after surgery, showing a nice improvement and refreshed appearance to her eyes. (There is still a small amount of swelling present, which will decrease over time.)
