This patient from south of the DFW metroplex presented to my Southlake office complaining of breasts smaller than she desired. She had been happy with the breast that she had with her two children, and desired breasts of a similar size. She is very athletic and has a petite figure.
We decided that saline implants place under the muscle would be best to suit her desires. During surgery, I selected asymmetric implant sizes using Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile saline implants with 325cc on the right, and 275cc on the left to account for her slight asymmetries.
She did very well after surgery and was extremely happy with her more proportionate figure. She is getting ready for a friend's wedding, and is working on her tan.
