Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This is a 29 year old woman from Fort Worth who presented to my Southlake medical practice desiring breast augmentation. She had always been bothered by her small breast size, which was accentuated after having 4 children. She had been considering breast augmentation for over 5 years, and wanted to go from an A cup to a proportionate C cup.
As she desired a very natural feeling result and was both thin and athletic, I recommended using silicone gel implants, placed under the pectoralis muscles using the inframmary fold approach. Together we selected 325cc implants, and I felt that the moderate-plus profile would best fit her anatomy. During surgery, I placed the 325cc Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants under the muscle, and closed utilizing a removable suture (to minimize scaring). Her recovery was easier than she expected. She is very happy with her result, and feels much more comfortable now that her breasts are proportionate with her figure.
